Unique N.J. home’s style and location helped it sell for 44% over asking price

A Mid-Century Modern home in Morristown drew 400 people to look at it and sold for 44% more than its asking price.
The four-bedroom, two full- and one half-bathroom home was listed for sale for $799,000 — with the caveat that there would not be showings, only a one-day open house.
